St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce Seeks Next Leader to Guide Continued Growth
CLOUD, Fla. — The St. Cloud Greater Osceola Chamber of Commerce is accepting applications for the position of President & Chief Executive Officer and is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven leader to help guide the organization and support the continued growth of the local business community.
The President & CEO serves as the Chamber's chief executive and primary spokesperson, working closely with the Board of Directors, members, community partners, and elected officials to advance the Chamber's mission and strategic priorities.

The position includes responsibility for membership growth and retention, strategic planning, business advocacy, revenue development, community engagement, financial oversight, and organizational leadership. Candidates with leadership experience in chambers of commerce, associations, nonprofit organizations, economic development, business development, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills, a proven ability to build partnerships, and a commitment to serving the business community are essential. Familiarity with the Central Florida business landscape and existing regional relationships will be beneficial.
The position is based in St. Cloud and requires active involvement throughout the community, including participation in business events, community initiatives, and stakeholder meetings.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the public face and ambassador of the Chamber.
- Lead membership growth, retention, and engagement efforts.
- Develop sponsorships, partnerships, and new revenue opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders, elected officials, and community stakeholders.
- Implement strategic priorities established with the Board of Directors.
- Oversee staff, programs, events, finances, and daily operations.
- Advocate for a strong local business environment and economic growth.
- Ensure the long-term sustainability and success of the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Executive, senior leadership, business development, chamber, association, nonprofit, or economic development experience.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and public speaking skills.
- Experience working with a Board of Directors.
- A proven ability to generate revenue, grow membership, and achieve organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent leadership experience.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, in-person position based in St. Cloud, Florida. The role requires active involvement in the community, including some evening and occasional weekend events. Limited travel may be required.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary approximately $70,000, commensurate with experience.
